Here is a Python source code walk through with Qt graphical user interface (GUI) with a dialog. I am sure this is not best practice with Qt but that is ok since I just want this up and running as a fast as possible. Also, I include an INI configuration file as well. Note that this is pretty well not to geared towards newbies so take that as a warning.
