Sometimes I would sit in these meetings and think, these people have no idea on what they're doing or how to run a successful business. When you view being an employee through the eyes of an entrepreneur, the only real difference is the illusion of security. That steady paycheck? It’s designed to rise in pennies. But as an entrepreneur, income has no cap. We're talking thousands... even millions.

This message is for the dreamers, doers, and risk-takers who know deep down that scared money don’t make money. A job might feel safe, but building your own path? That’s the real power move. It's time to break free from the paycheck mindset and bet on you. I know I AM!

Having a consistent look across all social media platforms is very important. Even though I don't sleep much these days this time I found myself cleaning up all the PYREX Projects social media accounts; consistency is part of brand recognition and where a lot of brands and influencers fail.

It's very easy to have your friends and family support your business and dreams, but that's not real business. If you want to know if you truly have a good idea, service or product try getting a total stranger to support you!

It's time to get back to work. Take the sheets off and dust the equipment and get back to work.
