The afternoon slump. I always feel so tired in the afternoons and this is my worst time for picking/eating, particularly after the school run. I’m sure it is more habit than anything but do you have any tips on how to combat this?

3. Why do we crave sweet things? Is it our bodies way of saying our sugars are too low? I can say no to most things but put chocolate in front of me and I struggle.
