Journey from Strongman Competitor to a 5k, 10k, half marathon runner, training for a full and ultra. Officially branding myself as a hybrid athlete. I continue to lift and run. The best of both worlds and the best training you can do for yourself in my opinion. This is a great community and I am looking forward to sharing my story.
