Rajamannar, who has authored a new book called Quantum Marketing (HarperCollins Leadership), points to recent studies amongst CEOs in which nearly 75% say they have no confidence in their CMOs, or in their marketing teams to be able to drive business growth.
“Now that is a disaster,” Rajamannar told Loyalty360 CEO Mark Johnson in a video interview.
