A Conversation With Chummeng Soun. As a graphic design student at UMass Lowell, Chummeng is involved with various mediums such as graphic design, photography, video, 3D printing, and many others. In this podcast Chummeng and John talk about the realities of some design classes as they relate to our work. We discuss the idea of graphic designers making artwork that is beautiful but contributes to the consumerism that makes our world less so. We also discuss James Turrell's Into The Light exhibition at Mass MoCA, Claude Monet, Chummeng's recent trip to Azores, how that relates to his new series Paradise, and many other topics.
