We all desire to be seen and appreciated .Being acknowledged boosts our confidence especially for young people who are at a stage where they seek their parents , guardians or elders approval.Our thoughts regarding this area have been to shun away from praising people to over criticism which has led to negative results .There needs to be a balance between the two .
