Spiritual practice has undergone a dramatic modern resurgence as more and more people seek guidance from the ‘higher powers’ given the complexities of our world today. This week, we focus on the spiritual practice of cleansing. In previous weeks, we had discussed on connecting with spirituality and how having sex with multiple partners can have spiritual implications. How do people who go through the process of cleansing? How does this process work? Under what circumstances, outside of sexual relations, would this process apply? What is the symbolism when it comes to bodies of water and cleansing?

Pregnancy Awareness Week is held every February to highlight the importance of healthy pregnancy and safe motherhood.
