Hello and welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness. This is Dr. Paula Apro and this week I want to explain a little breakthrough that has completely shifted my mindset. This perspective change is helping me transition to a focused path of empowerment. It took me nearly a decade to finally discover what I believe to be the holy grail of healing the soul . . . and today I'm going to introduce you to it.

But first, let me explain why this is the ultimate way to heal your mind, body, and soul. As I mentioned in previous episodes, I have many tools and way too much knowledge about the body. I've gone in so many directions, but this year I finally experienced the most profound shift in my overall health and happiness.

And here's my story . . .

After traveling down so many rabbit holes of knowledge, modalities, tools, etc., I often had that feeling of, "This is IT! I've found the most powerful way to heal." Just ask my husband how many times I pivoted my focus, each time being so sure that this was my final frontier.

But no matter how great the science and logic behind the system or the results I was getting with my clients, I knew that I first needed to heal MYSELF. Only after I heal myself can I finally hang my hat on “the one thing" that I want to focus my practice on. I'm not saying that I haven't enjoyed helping lots of clients with various health challenges, but none of this work really made my own heart sing.

And I really wanted my heart to sing.

Well, my heart is finally singing and it was never going to happen until the time was right. It had to be at least a half a dozen years ago when I discovered something called Human Design. This is a very powerful and very elaborate system to discover your true self. It's based on astrology and I find the information this system provides nothing short of astounding.

I got introduced to this special "flavor" of this magical system while I was in school working toward my advanced degrees, and it was called "Quantum Human Design." It took everything I had to resist immediately registering for the courses and learning all that I could.

I promised myself that I must first complete my degrees before I could even think about spreading myself too thin and misdirecting my focus. I only allowed myself to 'dip my toe in' and rather than learning the system on my own (which is no small commitment), I hired a Human Design business coach. And oh what fun that was.

It was incredible how this coach knew exactly who I was, what I struggled with, and what my greatest potential and gifts were. He helped me map out the best way for me to make my mark in this world. I was once again eager and ready to jump into learning the system, but something held me back.

And somewhere along the way, I stumbled across another system that is based on Human Design, but takes this elaborate system to the next level. It's called the Gene Keys and it uses all the astrological data from the Human Design system, but also includes the I-Ching. If you’ve never heard of the I-Ching, it is a sacred Chinese text dating from around the 4th century BC. This sacred and magical text somehow manages to mirror living wisdom in every moment. It is one of the most powerful divination tools in existence.

I was so incredibly drawn to this system and its creator, Richard Rudd. I purchased one of his books and couldn't get enough of listening to his lectures. But still . . . something held me back from diving totally in. And this is SO UNLIKE me. I also had a client who got very involved into this program and shared many insights about it, but still . . . I dragged my feet.

Until the beginning of 2025 - the year of new beginnings, the year of awaking. The year that I personally was meant to transform!

So many things happened to me at the beginning of this year, especially during my time in Mexico, that I found myself finally registering for formal education on the Gene Keys. And that one tiny decision to finally jump in at the exact right time will have changed my life forever.

I have only begun to scratch the surface of this very deep and elaborate system. It will take me years to master it, but the profound changes that I made in myself after just a few weeks of work have opened my eyes to the true power of "knowing thyself." My entire world started to make so much more sense. I was able to see exactly what I needed to do to break my cycle of negative energy.

It is difficult for me to express just how profound this work is. The most important conviction that it led me to is this . . .

The very first step in healing anything is to KNOW THYSELF.

I feel that it is crucial to understand the genetic code that you came into this world with. It dictates every single aspect of who you are and why you do the things you do. It also governs particular weaknesses in your physical body.

Armed with this new knowledge of myself, I have gone from a scattershot of using way too many tools to try to heal way too many things, to a laser focus on healing the one thing that is at the true root of all of my issues.

It was the Gene Keys that helped me identify my weakest physical system, which happens to be my Endocrine system. Since this system regulates hormones, it regulates just about all other bodily functions. You definitely don't want problems in this very important system. And what was even more interesting than finding out my weakest physical link was finding out what disrupts it the most. Come to find out, feelings of inadequacy are the true culprit, and boy can I relate to that.

All along, I knew my issues with self-worth and self-confidence were out of character, but they were so stubborn, and I just couldn't shake them. Even my frequency treatments weren't really helping. I had to understand my genetic code and understand how the basic makeup of who I am relates to these feelings. The Gene Keys program offered some practical insights to help overcome what are known as the "shadows" and transform them into your "gifts."

This knowledge has been my greatest gift. I now know that life is not happening to me but rather for me. I marvel when I look back on my past and recall my life's most difficult challenges. Every one of them has taught me valuable lessons and launched me in new and better directions.

The simple ability to first recognize that all of your challenges are actually gifts is a great first step in the healing process. It’s easy to look back on your life and identify the challenges, but it's not so easy to realize, face, and transform your personality challenges. Once you identify and embrace these shadows, you can unlock the codes to transforming them so the magic can start. The Gene Keys can help tremendously in turning those shadows into gifts.

I know that my focus moving forward will be centered around helping you to discover your true self so that you can become your best self.

Hello and welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness. This is Dr. Paula Apro, and this week I'm going to share some important wellness insights that really made me stop and think. Anybody out there remember Arsenio Hall? I know I'm really dating myself here, but what I'm going to share with you today is something that made me stop and go hmmmmmm.

I'm thinking I should start to compile all of my ah-ha moments into a new book entitled, "A Healer’s Book of Revelations." I'm going to get right on that, but in the meantime, let's talk about my recent revelation.

I'm involved in many different online forums and groups of practitioners, all using different modalities, and I learn so much from these fellow healers. It's usually tips about how to use certain products, or how to explain vibrational medicine to those who've never heard of it. But this time I was reading a post in a Healy forum (side note: a Healy is a little wearable energy device that sends a very precise combination of healing frequencies into your biofield).

Anyway, the woman who wrote the post was talking about preparing your body to take the frequencies. This immediately caught my attention because, truth be told, I've been using all of my amazing frequency devices for many years, but there are some issues (mainly the deep repressed emotional ones, which just happen to be at the very root of EVERYTHING else) that are still present.

Now this is frustrating for a Quantum doctor and energy healer, right? It's like a hairstylist with bad hair. It's just not right!

The woman giving the advice in this post was explaining the importance of being "open and ready to receive" the frequencies, and the second I read those words, I felt an immediate sense of guilt and shame. How could I be guilty of not doing this?

I sound like a broken record telling my clients how important it is that they drink water after getting any energy work done. Water helps move the energy. Just like when you're doing a detox, you need to drink a lot of water to physically remove the toxins from your body. Well, water also helps to move the stagnant, toxic energy out.

I now realize that I wasn't putting enough emphasis on the flip side, the preparing the body for the changes part. Every quantum healing tool that I own has very clear instructions to drink a glass of water before and after use. Even some powerful meditations that I use suggest water before and after.

But do I take these suggestions seriously? Of course not, because who has time to go and get a glass of water before every session? When I'm busy getting my tools all set up and eager to get the session going, I never want to get interrupted by having to go fetch a glass of water... all the way in a different part of my house. Truly, like it's the end of the world.

If your body is even slightly dehydrated, it can not receive and utilize the frequencies. Think about this in terms of leaky gut syndrome. People who are suffering from leaky gut simply cannot absorb and utilize the nutrients they are consuming. It's a sad and tragic waste of time and money to invest in high-quality organic food and supplements and not actually receive the benefits from them.

Our crazy logic says, "If I buy the organic veggies, I will get way more nutrients and be much healthier." And my even crazier logic says, "If I use the most powerful PEMF technology, then I will certainly heal faster."

I just keep buying bigger, better, and more powerful tools while failing to realize that my body needs to be ready to receive the energy. It’s a waste of time to sit there and blast yourself with frequencies that are simply passing right through your energy field and 'not sticking.'

* Before you eat the organic food, make sure your gut lining can absorb and utilize the nutrients.

* Before you invest time and money into taking frequency treatments, be sure your body is open and able to receive them.

It's not like I didn't already know this, but sometimes you are just more ready to hear and absorb something.

This reminds me of preaching health-related things to my husband. I can say the same thing over and over, but it doesn't quite stick, because he's not ready nor open to receive. Then all of a sudden, he might be listening to a podcast or having a conversation with somebody else, and he'll hear something that grabs him, as if he's hearing it for the first time. Only this time it sinks in. This time it reaches him and motivates him because he was open and ready to receive it (whether he knew it or not).

Using a spouse is such a great example because, let's face it, how open are we usually to suggestions from our spouse? For some reason, "suggestions" sound like criticisms when they come from a spouse, and this immediately closes us down rather than opening us up. However, being in a relaxed and open state while enjoying a podcast sets us up for a different experience. We are not on the defense, and our minds are more open. This is a golden opportunity for goodness to come rushing in.

We should always try to set ourselves up for success. If we are going to invest money in purchasing healing products, or booking a service with a practitioner, or simply investing our time into a healing ritual, why not take the extra step and drink the glass of water and set an intention for the desired outcome? We can't forget that extremely important step either.

I just can NOT emphasize enough how important this intention thing is. Remember, the real goal of energy medicine is to change the INFORMATION that controls the energy. So, logic would say that it would be easier to do this by stating the exact information that you would like to manifest.

Skipping the step of stating in words the information or intent is a huge and embarrassing mistake. And do you know how I know this? I love to play with divination tools. I have several Oracle card decks, my pendulum is my best friend, and I even love to use an app on my phone for the I-Ching. This last one was a big stretch for me because I simply did not want to believe that an app could provide this magic, but it proved me wrong.

When I truly set my intention and spend a few minutes going deep inside and concentrating on my question, I always, without fail, get astonishingly relevant answers. I usually shake my head in disbelief at how spot-on the message on the card is to my question. I used to think it was a coincidence, but it has happened nearly every single time for the past couple of years. And, like I've questioned in the past . . . are there really any coincidences?

So you see, taking the time to hydrate, and breathe, and quietly sit holding your intention in mind are all crucial steps in preparing yourself to receive energy and frequencies. I am finally ready to change my bad habits and prepare myself to be open and ready to receive.

Welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness! I'm Dr. Paula Apro, and today I am going to invite you into my bedroom. I'm going to tell you my dirty little secrets about how I've let the energy in my own bedroom remain detrimental for many years. Shame on me. It's time I cleaned up my act.

Having good energy in your bedroom is so important because of how much time you spend in your bedroom, hopefully getting a good night's sleep. While you're sleeping your body is detoxing and regenerating. If the energy around you is negative, it's not only going to impact your health in negative ways, but also your relationship with your partner. Here are some changes that I recently made in my own bedroom.

But first, let me remind you that the very first step in addressing any room in your house is to first deal with the clutter. Having a clean, clutter-free space is essential if you want proper energy flow. If your relationship with your partner is a mess, take a good hard look at your bedroom and see if there is a correlation.

So after I tidied up a bit in our bedroom, I started with some other easy changes. The first thing I did was to use my handy Marie Diamond app that includes a compass to determine which walls corresponded to my Success, Health, Wisdom, and Relationship directions. To be honest, I didn't really worry too much about Success or Wisdom in the bedroom. I really focused more on those aspects in my office. I only made these two small additions of items to help in these two areas:

* First, I placed an oracle card with a message that I really liked in my exact Wisdom direction. Wisdom entails more than you might think. It also relates to your faith and your connection to a higher source. This would be a great spot to place things like a Bible, or photos of things related to your faith. I actually "pulled" the oracle card that I used and let Spirit decide what it should be. As usual, I couldn't have been happier with the selection.

* I also placed a piece of driftwood and three adorable ceramic fish that I brought home from my recent trip to Sicily in my Success direction. Both wood and fish are recommended to boost Success, and since I had these items, I love to look at them, and there was a perfect spot on my windowsill, I figured, why not?

Most of my efforts in the bedroom were focused on Health and Relationships. I mean, who doesn't want to be healthier and have a better relationship with their spouse? The health aspect was going to be my biggest challenge in this room so I cherry-picked and started with the easy stuff, which included some additional activation elements for better relationships.

I used the compass to determine which direction was my personal Relationship direction. And in case you're already wondering what to do if you and your partner have two different personal directions, you would have to activate both directions for both people. In my and my husband's case, we just happen to share the same energy number, which means all of our personal directions match each other, making my job much easier.

The only things I added to our Relationship wall were a couple of photos of us together and some objects that imply a happy union. For instance, you can place a pair of matching objects, or hearts, or in my case, I placed a little sculpture of a couple intertwined in a yoga pose.

Now, here is something else to consider. Not only would you place obvious objects like photos of you and your partner in this area, but you could also incorporate and use the Element that enhances that particular direction.

For instance, my personal Relationship direction is South and Fire elements will activate the area. Some examples of Fire elements are things that have flames, like candles, the colors red, pink, and orange, and also triangular shapes. So, placing these objects in the south area of the room would be beneficial. Two pink candles would be perfect, but since I didn't have those, I also placed a red vase in the south-facing windowsill.

Change your Energy - Change your Life!

Before I explain my Health direction and my biggest problems related to this area, I also need to explain that my entire bedroom is located in the most southerly direction of our house. So this means the entire bedroom (not just the south-facing wall) should be activated with Fire elements for the best energy flow.

And here is where it gets tragically interesting . . . Common sense would probably lead you to know that Water elements would not be a good thing to have in a Fire element area. What does water do to Fire? You got. It puts it out. So, water in our bedroom is a big no no.

Where do I even begin to explain the problems with my bedroom? First, just about all of my artwork are photos that I personally took here on the coast of Maine, and you guessed it, they all contain water, sailboats, buoys, lighthouses, etc.

And if that isn't bad enough, we have a large water feature directly outside our bedroom east-facing window (which happens to be our Health direction). That feature is a waterfall that spills into a pond, and it runs 24/7, essentially drowning out our Fire energy. Good grief.

Switching out the artwork should be somewhat easy (although heartbreaking), and I'll get to that one of these days. Images of sunsets or sunrises would be ideal, or any art that implies flames or features the colors I already mentioned. This is not so great for my gray and teal bedroom color scheme, so it will be a challenge for me to tackle this issue.

Which leads me to my plan for fixing the water feature. Considering the fact that it will be no small task to remove this elaborate landscaping I decided that I'm going to embrace this challenge with open arms. I cannot remove this energy without removing the entire pond, but I should be able to transform the energy...since that is what I do, change energy!

I have some pretty incredible knowledge and tools aimed at exactly that - transforming negative energy into positive energy. Granted, all of my experience is in transforming human biofield energy, but the fact is that it is also possible to read, measure, and change the energy of our environment as well. The modality that I use is called BioGeometry, and it is probably the most mind-blowing science I have ever been exposed to.

It's been years since I completed my training in BioGeometry, and my skills are unfortunately a bit rusty, but that is no excuse. I will figure this out! If I am successful, I will try to someday share my results.

Welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness! I'm Dr. Paula Apro, and today, I'm excited to delve deeper into the transformative power of Feng Shui within our workspaces. Recently, I decided to apply Feng Shui principles to my own office by strategically placing objects and rearranging furniture to align with my personal auspicious directions. This resulted in surprising synchronicities and new opportunities.

Last week, I talked very generally about changes you can make in the important areas of your home to create a more positive energy flow. But I do want to mention that I am using a system created by Marie Diamond that takes into account your own personal Energy Number. This number is calculated according to your birthdate and gender. She provides this information for free via her Marie Diamond app.

Using this app, I determined my Energy Number, which also determined my personal auspicious directions. Each of us has particular directions in which we are the strongest and other directions in which we are the weakest. Our goal is to activate our strong directions for the greatest possible positive impact, while avoiding positioning ourselves or particular objects in the weak directions.

With this information (and app) in hand, I entered into my office and, using the compass included in the app, I was able to easily determine which wall was facing my best Wisdom direction, which wall was facing my best Success direction, which wall was facing my best Health direction, and which one was facing my best Relationship direction. It's important to place the proper objects, colors, shapes, patterns, etc., around the room following the advice of Feng Shui.

For starters, it recommended placing books in your field, awards, and certifications on my North-facing wall to activate Wisdom. As luck would have it, this is already where I had my degree displayed and many of my favorite books and tools stored. I was off to a great start, and I felt that this aspect of my life was pretty strong.

Next, it was on to my Success direction. Here I needed some help. The most important thing to tackle in your office is the direction you are facing when you sit at your desk. It would be best to face your Success direction, and it would be absolutely terrible to face the direction directly opposite your Success direction. If you have your back to your Success direction, you are essentially "turning your back" on new opportunities.

And speaking of that, things get even more complicated here because not only do you need to worry about your Success direction, but you also have to be concerned about the doorway to your office. You do not want your back facing the doorway for the same reason you don't want your back facing your Success direction. You want to be facing and open to new energy flowing in, new opportunities flowing in, and income flowing in.

This was the biggest change I had to make in my office. I completely rearranged the furniture to move my desk to a different wall. Now my back is no longer facing the entry way, and my computer is placed so that I'm directly facing my Success direction. This happens to be my first podcast that was recorded facing my Success direction, so let's see what happens . . . I am very relieved and hopeful about this one single change.

Dealing with these two variables can obviously be tricky depending on your doorway and your personal Success direction. It may not always be possible to set your space up ideally, but there are some other tricks to employ to improve your energy... and I went ahead and added those as well!

For instance, one suggestion was to place an object that implies or represents success in the Success direction. I placed a copy of my book in my precise Success direction, so I'm now waiting to be added to the NY Times best-seller list. 😁

Another piece of advice was to place an orchid (even a fake one) in the Success direction. I happened to find one in Home Depot without even looking for it . . . I guess you can say that it found me . . . and it perfectly fit into the corner of my office that exactly matches my Success direction.

Another little recommendation to boost success was placing fish in your Success direction. I just happen to have lots of silly little rock fish that I've made over the years, so I placed them in the corner too. Why not? Oh, and one other quick little tip, you shouldn't place your garbage can in either your success or wisdom directions.

Ok, two directions down and two more to go. The Health direction in my office was another super easy one for me, given that my entire office is related to health and wellness. Every book on the shelves is health-related, most of them textbooks. Oh, here's a super interesting thing I learned . . .

My personal Health direction is East, and the book I was reading specifically explained that I would have a preference for Eastern Medicine. That really grabbed my attention because it was so true. My entire practice is built upon Eastern healing arts. But not only that ...

Remember how I just explained the importance of your desk placement in your office? If you are facing the direction that opposes your success direction, it's going to make you very weak and produce the exact opposite result - instead of success, you will manifest failure.

Well, now let's think about this in terms of health. My Health direction is East, as in Eastern Medicine (which makes me strong and brings me better health), and my opposing direction is West, AKA Western medicine (which makes me weak and sick, figuratively and sometimes literally). I just found that very amusing.

Change your Energy - Change your Life!

There wasn't much I needed to do to activate my Health direction in my office. I already had lots of health-related books, many crystals, and various healing tools on display, but I did place one jade crystal tree in the very corner of the room, closest to due East.

And last but not least, I needed to address the Relationship direction of my office. Here is where you would want to focus on business relationships. If this were the bedroom, you would focus on romantic relationships. If it were your living roo,m you would focus on your family and friends.

I wasn't quite sure how I wanted to address this. I don't have a boss or coworkers that I needed to strengthen any relationships with. I'm sort of a lone wolf. I could have placed photos of some of my best clients in this direction, but that just seemed strange. I was a bit stumped.

But here is where the story gets a little crazy. After all this rearranging, decluttering, and cleaning up, I was trying to make sure everything was organized and had a place (other than being piled on the floor.) One such thing that was kicking around my office floor was an empty box that my new favorite healing gadget came in. I promise that I will share what that gadget is soon.

Anyway, I needed to get this box off the floor, and I decided to place it neatly into a binder holder. I'll share a photo in the show notes. It wasn't until after something crazy happened that I realized that I had placed this box from this particular company on the South wall of my office, which in my case is my Relationship direction. Here's what happened.

Literally within a couple of days of me placing that empty box from this particular company on my Relationship wall, I got a Facebook request from the founder of that company! Now, yes, I had recently connected with him via LinkedIn and even had a conversation with him, but I was sure surprised (and delighted) to get a Facebook friend request. Facebook seems much more like a friendly "relationship" than an impersonal business LinkedIn connection.

But the story gets even better. After that Facebook connection, we chatted and he put me in touch with the company's CEO. I already had one meeting to discuss the potential of my being involved with the company, and a second meeting is scheduled. I have no idea where this may lead, but holy cow, I'm still marveling at the seeming coincidence. Was it just a coincidence that I placed this company's logo in the Relationship direction of my office just days before this connection was made? Are there really any coincidences?

Two weeks ago, I got a $2000 credit after cleaning out our breezeway and mudroom, and last week, I'm talking to the CEO of a company that I'm very interested in working with. Yes, maybe both of these things are just crazy coincidences, but I'm going to choose to believe that I made positive changes to how the energy is flowing inside my house.

I still have more work to do. The next room I need to tackle is the master bedroom, and that one will be a doozy. Truth be told, I'm not sure how to fix the big problems I have going on in there. Stay tuned for more details on that.

I had to put my Feng Shui projects on hold for a few months because I was away from my home. But I'm back, and I quickly got to work tearing apart my house. Truth be told, it was mostly the excitement about wanting to Feng Shui the bleep out of our house that motivated me to cut our "escape from the Maine winters" short and return home a month early.

I have to admit that after over a week of freezing cold, grey skies, and a very muddy dog I had my doubts that I made the right decision to come back to Maine early. But after less than 2 weeks of cleaning, decluttering, and rearranging, I'm confident that the crappy weather was worth the gains I've already gotten from the good energy.

One of the highest priority spots in your home is your front door. This represents your income, and if you want to keep it flowing in strongly, you need to have a clean and decluttered entryway. I almost completely disregarded this first step because I thought our entryway was pretty good. It's a wide-open, decluttered space, and I didn't think there was much to do.

Until . . . I read about the other doors in your house. I just mentioned that the front door represents your income, but what I didn't realize was that your back door represents your "passive income." Now this was pretty important to me because I'm more focused these days on creating passive income. I mean who doesn't want passive income, right?

And I have to admit that I'm a bit puzzled by the fact that I have one front door, two side doors, and a back door. The books I've read so far don't make mention of all these extra doors and the thought of this just makes me laugh. My house and all its doors are a perfect analogy for my business life. I literally used to carry around 5 different business cards for the 5 different businesses that I was running. I guess when you count my basement door, I actually do have 5 house doors in total.

So the more I read about entryways, the more interesting things got. I read further to learn how important it is that the entryway that you use the most is clean and decluttered. This is because it sets the tone for how you feel when you enter your home. If you are stepping into a dirty mess, well, that sets your energy for how you will feel in your home.

This one really got my attention because we never ever use our front door. The only time it opens is when we receive a package. It's our side door leading to our garage that was the problem. This is the primary way we enter our home and it was a doozy.

We go from the garage, through a long breezeway, and enter our home into the mudroom/laundry room. Not only was the mud/laundry room that the door opens into a mess, but the very long breezeway that connects the garage to the house was a disaster!

Talk about scattered energy as we entered our home. I guess I never really considered the breezeway as part of our actual house but as far as Feng Shui goes, there is no doubt that IT COUNTS! And boy did we have a lot of work to do.

You know all those things that don't really have a good place inside the home? And all those random things you acquire? In our case, a never-ending supply of rocks and driftwood. Yes, we live on the coast in Maine, and I just can't resist beach combing. But where do you put all these things?

And speaking of living in Maine, anybody who lives here, or visits, understands the enormous challenge of dressing. It's not the same challenge that dressing in CT presented. I no longer have to worry about fashion or accessorizing, but trying to figure out how to be comfortable during the ever-changing Maine weather is impossible. Maine requires an enormous amount of jackets, coats, gloves, hats, and shoes . . . . holy smokes, you can't imagine how many different types of footwear you need. Ideally, I would wear three different pairs of shoes for one walk through my neighborhood during the springtime, AKA "mud season."

So is it any wonder why my life, my career, and my energies have been so scattered? I really wish I had taken some before photos of our breezeway but honestly, it would have been embarrassing. God bless my husband and his 100% belief and support for all of my crazy energy-inspired ideas. He took on the task of cleaning up this breezeway and made it his #1 priority. It's not quite done yet, but here are a couple of pictures of the progress. All the clutter has been removed.

This place is so clean right now that it pains me to walk through it wearing shoes. And we now have more storage than things to fill it. This is great because it's allowing more space for passive income to flow in!

And now, when we enter into the mudroom/laundry room it's far less cluttered. Many of the items that were overstuffing our closet found a new home in the new and improved breezeway.

This project is not yet done but I want to tell you of something pretty amazing that happened literally the day after my husband installed the new carpeting and removed all the objects.

I have been in a 4-month battle with an attorney who took our $2,000 retainer and never did a lick of work. I have tried and tried to get our money returned, to no avail. While my husband was still working in the breezeway, I started the tedious process of filing an official complaint with the Maine Bar Association, when suddenly, out of nowhere, an idea came like a lightning bolt from the heavens.

I remembered that I used our credit card for this retainer, and despite the fact that the charge was made over 6 months ago, I called my credit card company on the outside chance that they could help. Within 10 minutes, I have a dispute filed and a $2,000 credit on my card. I was stunned. Why hadn't I thought about this before? Hmmmmm, maybe the scattered energy in my passive income channel just wouldn't allow it.

I am so excited to see how else this newly flowing energy will impact our lives in positive ways.

I hope you don't mind me jumping away from the information on healing the soul. Hello and welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness. This is Dr. Paula Apro and this week I want to explore the idea of changing the blueprint that runs your life. Like it or not, we are all basically little computers and we have all been programmed by the adults that took care of us when we were children.

Some of us may be happy with the information that came pre-installed or was later programmed into us. But unfortunately, I would guess that most of us would prefer a system upgrade, or maybe even a total system reboot.

Just imagine buying a used mobile phone or laptop. Would you be happy if it was filled with data from the previous owner? Of course not. You would want to wipe it clean and start from scratch, right?

So now imagine coming into this world carrying the karma, or if you don't like that word, carrying the shocks, traumas, and emotional upsets of your entire ancestral lineage. Imagine carrying the negative energy from their past negative actions, behaviors, and thoughts.

Then, because it's not enough of a burden to carry, add to it the burden of carrying your parents’ self-limiting beliefs. Did your parents ever say things like, "Money doesn't grow on trees" or "Nice people never succeed in life"?

You might not have decided to adopt some of the beliefs that you are now carrying if you had the choice to make those decisions for yourself. I'm not saying that you can't change your mind as an adult. But what I am saying is that most people don't because it's just not an easy thing to do.

It might not be easy, but it's not impossible. There are many different ways to reprogram your subconscious, and probably the most well-known way is through meditation. I myself used meditation to "Break the Habit of Being Myself" thanks to the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. It took a lot of time and dedication and the reality is that most people simply don't have the time or focus to make real and lasting changes in their life.

Which is why what I want to share with you today is so exciting. What if I told you that there's an easier way to read the programs that you are operating under and possibly change them with frequencies? I'm sure you're wondering how it's possible to read these programs and you would be positively amazed at how just easy it actually is.

You see, just a 10 or 15-second recording of your voice can reveal everything about your energy. I always like to say, "Energy does not lie." It makes me think of most men when they visit a doctor for a check-up and the doctor asks them how their health has been. Just about every guy will say, "Great!" and never reveal any truths about things that may be much less than great.

Traditional Western medicine doctors need to rely on blood tests and various equipment that can measure different physiological parameters of the body. Unfortunately, none of these measuring sticks can link together the mind with the body. If these doctors only knew about how sophisticated medicine has gotten since they were in med school.

Wait a minute. I should rephrase that because doctors who are finishing up their residency this year still have no idea about what's possible with energy medicine. And that's truly a shame. Actually, it's a tragedy.

Did you know that both Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla predicted that . . .

"The medicine of the future would be based on frequencies."

And did you know that . . .

That medicine of the future is now here, even if Western medicine refuses to accept it.

The fact is that every single thing in the Universe has its own unique digital signature or frequency, and that includes every cell in your body. And cells group together to form organs . . . so logic would say that if you can read the frequency of cells you can read the frequency of organs. And very smart people have figured out exactly what the "healthy range of frequencies" are for each organ, and each meridian, and each chakra . . . You get the picture. Everything has a healthy, in-tune range and an unhealthy out-of-tune range.

So now you can think of all the cells in your body as if they were part of a symphony. If they were all in perfect pitch and harmony you would be perfectly healthy. But unfortunately, that is never the case. There are always some areas that are “out of tune.” They can either be too “sharp” meaning they have too much excess energy, or they may be too “flat” meaning they are depleted in energy. And when I say energy, I mean the Prana, the Qi, or the vital life force that keeps you alive.

Have you ever told a family member that they 'sound like they are getting a cold?" Or have you ever picked up a person's true feelings based on the tone of their voice rather than the actual words they spoke to you? The reality is that your voice is speaking so much more than the words. Your voice is actually revealing not only your entire life's story, but also your current and, are you ready for this? Your future health conditions.

I know this may sound really "out there" for anybody not familiar with Quantum energy medicine but it is truly "Preventative medicine" because it can pick up on subtle energy changes that are the precursors for changes in our health. If you remember my explanation of Downward Causation from a few episodes ago I talked about how changes in the "Vital Body" trickle down to alter the Physical Body. Well, it's that Vital Body that Quantum Medicine can measure and read.

Stages of Disease

If we can find out if the information in this Vital energy body is corrupted and if we can alter that information to bring it back to what it should be, then we can potentially prevent the Physical body from being negatively affected. Typically disease will begin to occur 5-8 years from a significant emotional upset (like the loss of a loved one or any tragic event).

Let's imagine that you clicked on something you shouldn't have on your computer and a file got downloaded to your system. That file has the potential to corrupt many other files and the longer it sits on your hard drive, the more destruction it can cause. If you are suspicious that you infected your system you can run over to the Geek Squad right away and have them run some diagnostics, erase some suspicious files, and do whatever it is those geeks do to protect your operating system.

Now I'm not the kind of computer geek who knows how to save your laptop. But I am an energy medicine geek who knows how to measure, detect, and correct subtle human energy. By reading the energy and finding the disturbances, we can predict what may already be going wrong in your system and even make some educated guesses as to what may happen in the future if no corrections are made.

And speaking of corrections, I'm sure the first question on the minds of anybody listening is, "How on Earth can we make corrections to this subtle energy or information?"

Hello and welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness. This is Dr. Paula Apro continuing my journey into healing the soul. In past episodes, I introduced you to the concept of Downward Causation and I explained how both illnesses and healing can "trickle down" from the higher bodies of consciousness down to the physical body. I'm not sure if that really sunk in so today I would like to share almost the same concept but in a different way.

Like I mentioned previously, this Downward Causation theory was really an integral foundation of my studies in Quantum medicine. I definitely had a firm grasp on it and I knew that my practice would be solidly grounded in it. But, when I heard almost the same information presented by a different medical doctor and spiritual leader/healer that's when I really had an ah-ha moment that stopped me in my tracks. Suddenly everything got more clear.

I hope I can wipe your lens a little more this week and help you to understand what I consider to be the most important lesson of my lifetime which comes from the ancient teachings of Tao science.

I have always considered energy as the single most important significant determiner of a person’s health because after all, energy moves and dictates matter. But here's a little secret that took me nearly a decade to uncover. There is something that proceeds and controls the energy. When I discovered this, well my entire worldview changed.

Buckle up for some information that hopefully rocks your world too . . . What I’m about to share with you is the “Universal Law of Tao Science” and it’s called Shen, Qi, Jing. I learned this from a medical doctor and spiritual leader/healer named Master Sha. Master Sha has created his own form of healing called Tao Healing Hands and I went ahead and became certified in this form of healing (to add to my crazy list of credentials and certifications).

So what is Shen, Qi, Jing?

Let’s start backwards and learn what “Jing” is. This is the easiest element to understand because Jing is matter. It’s all the things in this world that you perceive as physical, like for instance, your body.

Qi is also going to be easy to understand because by now you’re all in the know about energy and its role in the universe. Qi = energy. It is what controls the physical world. When you hear the word “energy” what probably comes to your mind are all the various energy sources that allow the world to move about, heat air, and run equipment etc. We all need energy to “get things done.”

And then comes Shen. This might be the most challenging part of this equation to understand. For starters, it’s not just one thing. Shen is actually made up of three parts: the soul, the mind, and the heart.

As you can see, we are moving away from the mechanical view of the world and now entering the more esoteric part. This is truly the merging of science and spirituality. There have always been two camps: the scientists and the church and neither one wanted to listen to or accept the others’ views.

But it’s not until you bring them together can you truly understand the universe and your human body. After all, your human body is made of the same matter as the universe.

Getting back to Shen . . . When we think of the mind we often think of the brain, but it’s so much more than the brain. The brain is the materialistic view of the organ that sends the signals to all your body parts and systems. But the mind includes all of your past memories, your beliefs, the early childhood programming, your perceptions, etc. It is through the mind that you perceive either a beautiful world or a hell hole.

Just the way the mind has a physical and non-physical aspect so too does the heart. Yes, it’s a pump that transports the blood around your body, but it’s also so much more. It’s the electrical center of your body and it stores your emotional energy.

Now we enter even trickier waters and try to wrap our heads around the concept of soul. We don’t need to get into a religious debate because as far as Tao science is concerned the soul is just INFORMATION. It is a collection of the information that you came into this world with and all the experiences you have had in your current lifetime.

When I say, “the information you came here with” I mean you carry the energetic imprint of your entire ancestral lineage. All the shocks, traumas, good deeds, bad deeds, etc. of your ancestors are encoded in your “soul” or information. I guess you can say this is the “cards you were dealt.”

Some of us come from a lineage of happy, healthy, good-hearted people that did good deeds while others of us come from a lineage of unhealthy, unhappy people that harmed others. No fault of our own, but we must deal with the deeds of our ancestors, like it or not. Many of you have heard the concept of Karma and this is where it comes from. We come into this world with this kind of information pre-loaded.

I may be losing you here, but please stay with me. I realize this may be outside of your religious beliefs or worldview and if it is, this is a great example of how the mind (the core beliefs and programs that were installed by your parents) influence how you see the world and what you are willing to accept and not accept. Please bear with me just a little longer.

Now we have a whole lot of information, plus all of our emotions, plus all of our beliefs that make up Shen. There is a hierarchal order to how this information flows through our beings. First, we are born into this lifetime with a certain amount of information. Some of us have more positive than negative and others of us start off with more negative than positive information. Then we are bombarded every second of the day receiving new information from endless sources.

This information is just passed along to our hearts. The heart’s only job is to receive it and feel it. The heart does not assign any meaning to the information and doesn’t label anything as positive or negative.

The heart simply passes this information over to the mind and this is where the trouble starts. The mind will process it and assign meaning to it. If the heart felt negatively, then the mind will assign a negative meaning to that information. And of course, it will do the opposite if the heart felt positive feelings. Once the mind “makes up its mind” you are now stuck in a pattern where black is black and white is white and good luck to anybody that tries to convince you otherwise.

The illustrations included in the show notes will help you understand this flow.

All of this information gets passed along to Qi, which is the energy that is going to make things happen. This pure information gets distorted by the mind before it gives the commands to the energy.

You can also think of the “mind” stage as the filter by which you see the world. Are you looking through rose-colored glasses? Is your cup always half full or half empty? If your information is getting too distorted by your emotional states predominately feeling negatively and/or your childhood programming and beliefs, you are instructing your energy to create things that you probably don’t want.

This is because that Qi or energy is going to drive and affect matter, ie, your body. The more positive information in your soul, heart, and mind, the more health and happiness you will create.

The more negative information, the more challenges you will experience in this lifetime.

This “greatest lesson of my lifetime” led me to the “greatest question of my lifetime.”

Is it possible to change our information????

Hello and welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness. This is Dr. Paula Apro and this week I want to pick up where I left off a couple of weeks ago and talk about the importance of simplifying the focus of our healing journeys.

I think my biggest problem and challenge is my overload of knowledge and my overload of tools. It's almost embarrassing how many different fancy quantum healing tools I have. I guess, in my defense, I feel like I need to explore and learn everything so I know what's best to recommend to my clients. But what ends up happening is that I get so overwhelmed by all my options that I have a hard time sticking to just one simple protocol or routine. There simply is not enough time in a day to use them all and the lack of consistency is a true problem.

So I'm planning to implement the "Keep It Simple Stupid" approach, not only with my variety of tools but also with my focus. As I explained last week, there is no greater impact you can make on your health than focusing on your spiritual happiness. Of course with that said, there is no greater challenge you can take. But this is where some of my fancy quantum healing tools are quite handy.

The first and most obvious question that people ask is "How do I know if my soul is happy?" or "How do I know if I'm living my soul's journey or purpose?" These are indeed difficult questions. I do have fancy bioenergetic ways to try to answer these questions and I will at some point begin to talk about them, but first let's keep it simple.

Let's start with some very easy questions . . .

* What is your overall state of health? Are you mostly very healthy, or chronically sick, or in pain?

* What is your predominant view of the world? Is it a safe, welcoming place full of opportunity or is it a dangerous and depressing place?

* What are your predominant feelings? Are you mostly happy-go-lucky or does everything upset and frustrate you?

* Are you rushing through everything you do in life, or are you taking time to stop and smell the roses?

With or without fancy bioenergetic scans I think it's pretty easy to know if you are feeling fulfilled and happy in this lifetime, or if you're lacking, feeling empty, and desiring more.

I mentioned Dr. Bach in my previous episode and how he came to the conclusion that unhappiness and breaks in our spirit will trickle down and create dis-ease. And if you listened to my last episode you now really understand how that happens. Let me quickly review.

An unhappy soul dictates the core beliefs which are held in your Mental Body. It creates the lens by which you see the world and it affects every one of your perceptions. When you witness an event or situation you're instantly going to form an opinion of it based on the information your soul feeds to your Mental Body.

All of these experiences build up and now affect your predominant emotions. Negative beliefs about the world around you will create negative feelings about everyone and everything. Continually feeling predominantly negative emotions will start to over-write your vital blueprint which will in turn start degrading your perfect Physical body.

So given all of this, any smart and logical person would not want to waste their time only working on detoxing or feeding the physical body, or just practicing letting go of negative emotions. If you were going to commit to making a positive change in your own life, where would you want to start? At the top and highest level, right?

Because, and I should have mentioned this before . . . The healing also trickles down! So far I only explained how negative things go from the higher levels to the lower levels of consciousness, but now let’s look at this from another point of view. Please see the illustration in the show notes.

If you can make your soul or spirit happy it would alter your core beliefs and your perception of the world around you. The things that used to upset you, like maybe the news and politics, might not trigger you anymore, or at least not as much.

When you start looking at the world through a more rose-colored lens, you might start feeling happier overall. Your heart might begin to soften and be more understanding.

And when you start to feel more good emotions more often, I can assure you, it will start to change the physiology of your organs. Here's another little important tidbit of information.

YOUR ORGANS ARE DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY YOUR EMOTIONS.

Let me repeat that . . .

YOUR ORGANS ARE DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY YOUR EMOTIONS.

Each organ processes different sets of emotions and when you are prone to always experiencing the same types of emotions you are going to put an overload of strain on a particular organ.

Just for reference, here are the predominate emotions processed by the major organs:

* Liver & Gallbladder process ANGER + FRUSTRATION + RESENTMENT

* Heart & Small Intestine process PANIC + OVER-EXCITEMENT

* Stomach & Spleen process WORRY

* Lungs & Large Intestines process GRIEF + SADNESS + REGRET

* Kidney & Bladder process FEAR + ANXIETY

Now let's flip this around . . . If you are always quick to turn to anger and frustration, it might be a sign that your liver is already overloaded and needs some attention. There is an intimate link between our emotions and our physical body and it’s often easy for a practitioner trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine to make some educated guesses about a person's health just from their personality and behavior.

And this is a good time for a side note. Once you understand how poorly functioning organs can cause a person to change their personality or behavior it helps to have more compassion for them. I learned this lesson first-hand when I watched the sweetest dog in the world turn into a grumpy old angry man as he got sicker and sicker. It all makes so much more sense when you understand the world of energy.

Hello and welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness. This is Dr. Paula Apro and this week I'm in a major adjustment phase in so many ways. My first big adjustment was leaving my winter home in Mexico. Not only saying goodbye to the physical location but also to the laid-back lifestyle. I really tried my best to adapt to what is fondly known as "Mexican time." Like all tropical locations, nobody really stresses out over time or being on time. If there is one thing that I hope to implement back in my real life it's making an effort to slow down.

Another big transition, and probably the most important one that I want to focus on today, and for the next couple of episodes, is the transition in the focus for my own healing journey. For the past several years, improving my health has been my #1 priority. With every passing year, I learned more and more and more, not only about the energetics of the body but also the physiology of the human body. The more I learned, the more I needed to tackle and address. And the more I think I got sidetracked from what I needed the most.

The past two years have been getting out of control with the amount of physical changes I've tried to make. I spent an entire year focusing on my gut health and suffered through a year-long detox protocol. I severely restricted my diet and I went through protocol after protocol to deal with parasites, heavy metals, Candida, you name it. I got obsessed with cleaning my physical body.

Then last year I decided that after all that detoxing, it was time to start replenishing my body of all the things that it has been severely lacking, like vitamins and minerals, etc. Through all of my tools and bioenergetic scans I know, without a doubt, that my body just can't seem to assimilate nutrients or hold onto minerals . . . no matter how much I feed it.

I've been feeling like a hamster on a wheel, running like crazy but never really getting very far. Sometimes I fear that all of my knowledge has been working against me. You know what they say . . . the best method is the simple method. KISS - Keep it simple stupid.

And now suddenly I'm starting to feel pretty stupid. Which is VERY difficult for me to say given the fact that I pride myself on my level of intelligence but sometimes you just can't see the forest through the trees.

All the time I spent in Mexico this year really helped me put things into perspective. My amazing healing journey that I spoke about in a recent episode helped me to rediscover what I already knew, that true and lasting healing can only come from healing your spirit or soul.

This was one of the foundational concepts that I learned in Quantum Medicine and it's called Downward Causation. I've taught it many times in classes, I wrote about it in my book "A Quantum Shift," and it was even the basis for my dissertation. But YET, I still wasn't fully applying it to my own life. I got way too sidetracked with all the physical stuff. I can't explain my own insanity, but I'm now waking up and for that I'm grateful.

And I think my "waking up" process had to come when the time was right. There is definitely something about this new energy of 2025 that is creating major shifts. I read somewhere that our major goal at this point is "unlearning" instead of learning more. That really hit me hard because it is precisely my never-ending desire to learn more and all of my ridiculous amounts of knowledge about the physical body that got me off track in the first place. If I did nothing else but focus on Downward Causation when I learned it, I would be in a far better place.

So what is Downward Causation? Well, I'm glad you asked. Let me explain.

I'm going to include some illustrations in the show notes that will help you grasp this concept so please do try to check them out. As I mentioned, the highest and most profound level of healing comes from healing your soul or spirit. Dr. Edward Bach, the creator of Bach Flower Essences believed that all dis-ease was a result of an unhappy spirit, meaning we are not on our proper life path, fulfilling our soul's purpose or journey. This break in spirit "trickles down" to the other 4 Bodies of Consciousness.

I'm sorry for the strange lingo here that you might not recognize. Let me back up. We all know that we have a Physical Body. That's obvious. But we also have something called a Vital Body. This is our energetic body and you can think of this as your blueprint. It includes all the instructions or information that creates the physical body. Just like a blueprint for a house will create a very specific house.

If you plant an acorn into the ground you know exactly what you're going to get, right? You're not going to expect a palm tree to grow from an acorn. You know you're going to get an oak tree. All of the information and instructions for how to grow that tree are encoded into that acorn.

We are a bit more sophisticated and so many more things can interfere with our perfect blueprint, but we too have all this master information in our energy system and it controls our physical body. If that blueprint gets over-written, you are going to change, like it or not.

You can feel it when these changes happen. This is usually when you go to an acupuncturist to have this energy and information adjusted. Most of us have experienced how changes to our energy can produce rather rapid changes to our physical body. It's like magic. I know this because I did a lot of this work as an energy medicine practitioner.

Now if it was only that easy. Go get your energy adjusted and fix all of your physical problems just like that. If it was that easy, the energy medicine folks wouldn't be able to stay in business. But it's not that easy. In most cases, you have to continue to go back for more and more adjustments. The energy manipulation works, but it doesn't last forever. Why is that?

Because there is another Body of Consciousness outside of the Vital Body and that is the Emotional Body. So let's say you went to get your energy re-balanced and you feel great. Your mind is calm, your digestion good, your emotions balanced, your pain gone . . . and then two days later there's a blow-up with your boss that completely stresses you out and enrages you. Can you guess what's going to happen to your recently balanced energy? It's out the window.

So you see, emotions have the power to re-write the blueprint that controls your physical body. You can see where this is going. If you can manage to learn how to control your emotions you can better keep your Vital or energetic body balanced.

But unfortunately, that's not so easy for a couple of reasons. First, there's this thing called life. And it's happening all around you at every second. Our society loves to prey on our emotions and there is a non-stop attempt to manipulate your emotions for various reasons.

And second, and even more difficult to withstand, is the next Body of Consciousness above the Emotional Body which is the Mental Body. This is where all of your core beliefs live. This is the information that has been programmed into you by your parents and other adult figures during your childhood. You have the least control over this part of you. It's these beliefs and values that create your perceptions of the world around you. Two people can view the exact same scenario but see two wildly different versions of it.

Is your glass always half empty or half full? Your overall attitude toward the world around you is going to have a huge impact on the way you feel (your Emotional Body) and therefore will re-write your Vital blueprint accordingly, creating either a happy healthy life or one filled with illness and unhappiness.

If you take a look at the illustration you will begin to understand why this concept is called "Downward Causation." It's because the higher Bodies of Consciousness affect and control the lower ones. Mental is above Emotional. Emotional is above Vital. And Vital is above Physical. And what's left at the very top?? Well, That is the Spiritual Body. And that is why healing at a spirit and soul level is the highest form of healing.

We have all heard stories about faith healings where a religious leader simply places their hands on a person in a wheelchair and they get up and walk. Or terminally ill people are instantly cured. This stuff is real and happens every day. It is not the magic in the hands of these healers, but rather it's the extreme belief and faith on the part of the healed. This connection to a higher power is more valuable than you can ever imagine. Developing our own connection to whatever Divine power we believe in is the best medicine in the world.

I was planning to explain more about how and why I'm shifting my personal focus back to healing my soul but I'll have to save that for a future post. It's important that I explain this concept to set the foundation for what's to come. Please stay tuned for upcoming episodes where I will dive deeper into this concept of healing our soul wounds.

Hello and welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness. This is Dr. Paula Apro and this week I'm going to discuss how my recent ancestral healing transformed my inner strength and renewed my self-worth.

I'm still basking in the glow of my recent rebirthing experience. I can honestly say that I have noticed a difference in how I feel. As I mentioned a couple of episodes ago, I've been working on building self-confidence and self-worth and those are the two areas where I think I made the most progress.

I hate to admit this, but normally I have a hard time doing something new, and/or certainly something scary all by myself. And for me, just going to a new place alone is scary. Or trying to converse with locals in Spanish when I know I can't really understand the language is also very scary. I don't know why I get so intimidated by these things, but I always have.

So going through that difficult ancestral healing ceremony all alone with nobody to hold my hand was a big step for me. And having it behind me really makes me remember just how strong I am. I really had this sense that if I could get through that on my own, there's not much I couldn't handle on my own. You know the saying, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger."

And now . . . I feel very strong, inside and out.

The greatest part of what I specialize in (which is bioenergetics, the detection and correction of subtle energy) is the fact that I can make the unseen seen. In other words, I can take something impossible to measure like emotions, feelings, and past traumas, and make it tangible so that it can actually be measured and understood. I truly think that has to be the very first step in healing.

You must know thyself before you can heal thyself.

The first step in the Alcoholics Anonymous program is to admit that you have a problem. It is probably easier to take this step when you have a known addiction. But when your addiction is to holding tightly onto negative core beliefs, subconscious mental blocks, or repressed emotions the task of admitting and facing the true problems becomes much more difficult.

This is precisely why having the ability to read and decode the hidden energy that makes up a human can be the most powerful step that anybody can take on their healing journey. Let me give you an example.

I happen to own a Healy which is a small wearable quantum healing device that can measure your energy field. Not only can it measure this field, but it can then make some educated guesses as to which frequencies you would benefit from the most. I'm not going to get too into the weeds of how this little device works just yet, but I do want to share some examples of what my highest priority needs were for the past couple of months . . . as compared to the several days following my ancestral healing ceremony.

Now, the Healy offers frequency programs in a lot of different health topics or themes, but the one that I have been focusing most of my attention on this year was something called the "Soul Cycle." And inside this program group are things like: Acceptance, Self Confidence, Confidence, Serenity, Inner Balance, Emotions, Aura Pure, etc. I noticed that every single scan I did for over two months brought up a high-priority need for both the "confidence" and "self-confidence" programs.

I kept running the frequencies for both of these programs over and over but they still both persisted as my highest priority. It was as if something was preventing these frequencies from entering into my field and taking hold. When this happens and energy just refuses to move and change, you know you have some very deep-seated issues.

This lack of self-confidence always puzzled me. From a conscious standpoint I feel very confident in my abilities, in my knowledge, and with my work. Every client interaction has always exceeded even my own expectations and I seem to hit a home run every time I have the courage to step up to the plate. So why on Earth do I have deep hidden self-confidence issues? It just made no sense!

But now it does. It wasn't my own energy causing this. It was the energy of the karma that I entered this lifetime carrying. Now this may be a hard concept for some people to accept, but whether you believe in reincarnation or not, the fact is that we carry the energy of our ancestors with us. Just like you can inherit the color of your hair or eyes from your parents, or the likelihood that you might develop a particular disease, you also inherit the positive or negative emotional, mental, and spiritual energy from your entire ancestral line.

This can be a heavy load to carry depending on how difficult the lives of your ancestors were. The more we can do to unload this burden from ourselves, the lighter we can feel, and the easier time we can have getting through this lifetime with ease.

In the show notes I'm going to include screenshots of three Healy Soul Cycle scans that I performed right before my ancestral healing, and then three more scans in the few days after the healing ceremony. You will see that both "Self-confidence" and "Confidence" showed up as a high-priority need in every scan prior to the healing and then both of those confidence-related programs disappeared after the healing. By "disappearing" I mean they no longer came up as a high-priority need for me. And I should also make mention of the fact that I really set my intention in that healing hut to release all the karma and energy surrounding my issues with self-confidence.

Now the charts and graphs that I shared in the show notes that illustrate the results are great, but nothing compares to how you actually feel and I do feel different. I can sense a difference in how I've been physically carrying myself. I am walking at a slower pace with my head held a little higher.

I have more confidence in how I look (tested and proven by my recent clothing shopping sprees in Mexico) and I feel like I'm gaining more confidence in my work with each passing day (mostly thanks to a steady stream of new subscribers here on Substack). A heartfelt thanks to those who have already subscribed.

I can hear this new confidence coming out when I speak to my clients and I am pleasantly surprised by how well it's being received. Would you rather work with a health coach who boldly claims that they can help or one who delicately tips toes around your health challenges?

I am also very pleased with the amount of sudden new contacts I'm making and people approaching me to ask for collaboration. The energy inside of us can not help but to spread out into the Universe. Whatever outcome you wish to receive from the external world needs to first be crafted inside of yourself. If I want to be a successful expert in the world of bioenergetics, I first need to 100% believe in myself and boldly step where I have always been timid to previously go.

I now stand with firm conviction and belief that I have cleansed myself of at least some of the negative karma of my ancestors and I'm so excited and ready to see where my new energy takes me.
