Lifes been anything but calm over recent months. Got myself lost in a whirlwind of chaos luckily have one amazing mum to come to the rescue, which I will be doing a podcast separately to this as i feel it highly deserves it's own episode 💯 feeling a little more settled and calmed with constant inspirational moments trying to be mindful and enjoy the moment making this quarantine work in my favour.
