Welcome to Barefaced Brunch, SEASON TWO! Ready to dive deep and get bare all over a mimosa (or two)?
So, you're stuck inside with yourself, your thoughts, and the people you love. If you're like me then you might very well be thinking "help."
And not because you don't love yourself or the people you're quarantined with, but let's face it…we're in uncharted territory and we're having to deal with that uncomfortable feeling of not being in control at all.
These restrictions are for the betterment of our health and the health of all of those in our society. It is well and truly the most humane and patriotic act we can partake in right now.
That does not mean it is easy nor does it negate our frustrations or fears. So I want to talk us through a few ways we can quarantine better together.
I'll be sharing some tools with you today that have helped me have happier mental health through this trying time.

Our goal is to help inspire, share, and shake things up if you're looking for it.
