Because building a business is scary! We had brunch with Taryn of One Crafty Miss and talked all about how to push past fear to find your passion. We discuss: What are the common fears she sees from us all? How does vulnerability and authenticity change the game with running your business? Why serial entrepreneurs struggle with living a life of pursuit in a world where they’re often seen as flaky. Why great things actually come from being scared.

Most of us are busy with jobs and kids and life - and sadly health is usually put on the back burner. Kara Ann from Hangry for Real Food gives us tangible ideas to quickly make good decisions for our health in the grocery store, the gym and daily life. Here are some questions she’s answered for you: What are some things I should keep at home for healthy easy meals? How do I lose weight? How should I eat when I’m pregnant? How can I sneak veggies and nutrients into mine and my kids food?

We had brunch with coffee and crystal lover, Stephanie Cotton of The Caffeinated Gypsy about really knowing your brand and scaling your business. Anybody who is truly successful will tell you, you need to be 100% authentic. Even if it’s scary. Don't be the people who followed the crowd. There’s a lot of courage in that. I think the biggest hurdle was myself. The coffee part of what you do is not “just” coffee. It’s sound charged and crystal charged and single-sourced.
