"Everyone is born a creative, until rent is due."
We thought it true until we had an enriching chat with Allen, Bekah, and Elaine - the creators of Novice Magazine PH. During our chat, we discovered that even with a day job (Elaine is a nurse in New York!), creativity doesn't need to take a back seat. Be encouraged in our conversation with these creative, passionate souls.

Yes, we want to have that cookie, and we want it now.
For this episode, we discovered why depriving ourselves ruins our diet, or at least our chance to see that weighing scale move towards the right direction.
We interviewed Ching's nutrition coach, Kristia "Tia" Roco, who started this movement called "The Joy of Eating" which is helping Filipinas rediscover their love for eating while keeping themselves physically fit and healthy.
Coach Tia's no-nonsense approach towards nutrition and exercise is a breath of fresh air that will hopefully help point us in the right direction as we start our fitness journey this New Year.

Part 2
After talking to Violet, we naturally had more questions on how to deal with mental health issues. For this two-part episode, we interviewed Ching's father-in-law, Ptr. Vic Bitoon, who is a trained counselor. He holds a master's degree in Pastoral Counseling and is currently a candidate for EdD in Christian Counseling. We hope that this episode would help us better understand our emotions and our mental health, and how we can help others who are going through rough times.
