Friend of the show Nabil Azzouzi hops on the mic to talk about the regular season finale of the NBA and the first round of the playoffs. Who's got the most upset potential? Who's gonna cruise to the second round? Tune in to find out
SPORTS ARE BACK. AT LEAST FOR NOW. ALTHOUGH THAT'S ALSO KINDA ON SHAKY GROUND. Friend of the show and PFF's own Matthew Terry stops by QCB to talk about how the different sports are handling the pandemic, what's working and what's not working, and to talk a little bit of shop about wrasslin'. After the break another KCOU legend and friend of the show Trent McCrae hops on the mic to talk about the FGC Roundtable, the state of the fighting game genre, and the games he's been getting into during these quarantine hours. It's a beefy episode so strap in.
NEW SHIT HAS COME TO LIGHT, MAN. As American sports try to get themselves up and going, friend of the show Josh Neighbors hops on at the top of the episode to talk about how confident we are in any of these leagues actually starting in 2020 and how good we think Cam Newton might be on the Patriots. The last 90 minutes are dedicated to that pure uncut gamer talk with frequent guests Andy Mitchell and Brian Woods. I honestly didn't think we would go on recording for that long but here we are anyways. Enjoy this extra beefy episode while we wait and see if we actually get some more sports and video game content to talk about.
BACK AT IT AGAIN FOR ROUND TWO. Once again Quarter Circle Backboard is back to do your favorite team's GM's job for them. Who needs a big stupid complicated draft board and scouts when you have experts like friends of the show Andy Mitchell, Zach Berman, and first timers Nabil Azzouzi and Carson Jenkins? It just doesn't get any better than that partner, that's why we've tried to tap into the minds of every front office in the NFL, and it only sometimes went ass-up. Woohoo!
Behold, the first episode of QCB brought to you live from...my closet, I guess. Friend of the show Andy Mitchell hops on to try and break down what little has happened in the world of sports since the last time we recorded in KCOU studios. I might take this opportunity to mess around with the format of the show just to see what sticks. We'll see what happens.
