JB and Rig take a crazy deep look into each of their Quarter Life Crisis'.  They discuss why they have completely switched spots in their lives (literally a full 180) and give an update on where they are at today.  They also discuss something that's been holding people back for way too long and try to uncover how to deal with it.  Hint... it has to do with being in a career you're not sure about...  Let's see what these guys are up to.

JB and Rig take a look back on 2020 and discuss how much of a s*$! show it was… But wait... was it really? They shoot it about how two different people came about from this pandemic and which one you want to be going into 2021. They end off by asking each other 5 random questions about this "fiasco" of a year and what came from it.

JB absolutely breaks down the first guest on the show… the co-host Hunter Smith (Rig). Big Deal eh… Well you see, Rig is a former professional hockey player that was selected by the Calgary Flames in the second round of the 2014 NHL Draft. Rig briefly takes us through what it was like to be a sifter at that level and dives in on how he deals with saying goodbye to his former dream of playing in the NHL. Let’s see where he’s at today.

We chat about what a QLC is, who's affected by it and how you might not know you’re in one yourself.
