Being alone. Feeling Lonely. We all felt it at some point in time, especially during these times. Being alone and isolated is such an uncomfortable feeling and often times we try to look for some sort of distraction to get rid of these uncomfortable feelings. In reality, we might be able to find some comfort and even wisdom in isolation if we allow it to be. In this episode, we discussed our current experience being alone and isolated as Nicky is quarantine in the hotel for 14 days and Nicholas is living alone for the first time.
