If we truly knew who we are and where our identity is found, we would not only compare ourselves considerably less, but we’d be confident in who we are and comfortable with who we’re not. Death, taxes, and too much screen time. We all do it. Our screens and social media are the main sources of comparison and they are constantly bombarding us. So what do we do about it? We want to do more than acknowledge that our surroundings are difficult to navigate, we want to navigate them well.
