Welcome! We are Sharon and Cris, two neurodivergent, queer, Latinx bilingual twins getting to know ourselves, questioning and unlearning the things we were taught, healing and growing. We create in English, Spanish, and Spanglish because one language is never enough.

We will no longer provide descriptions to our episodes as that is not within our capacity nor is it a priority for us. We commit to learning and unlearning. We exist beyond the black and white binary instead living and creating in the gray. Change is a constant and we commit to surrendering to the ebbs and flows of life.
