How can YOU seize the day today?

Make a plan or just wing it, just be sure you seize the day today. And then try it again tomorrow!

I LOVE the results that DECLUTTERING give me. Especially since then I get to DECORATE! What fun!

But I admit, the process can be long and overwhelming sometimes. Do you ever wish that it would just go away?

Sometimes it's a matter of being a little more willing to LET GO. Amazing things can happen.

Sometimes it's a surprise to notice that you don't even need the things that you are struggling to store, manage, clean and maintain.

Ask yourself today...

How much do I need?

If the answer isn't 'all of it', then get rid of some!

If you 'might' need it later and don't feel that it's wise to let it go, store it somewhere out of sight.

I think that one of my favourite decorating trends is baskets on shelves.

It looks fantastic, organizes belongings, gives us incentive to clear clutter AND can be a really good creative project.

Where can you replace some ugly clutter with a beautiful basket or two?

Look around to see what you can do today, or right now.

What small project or mess is there that you can do.

Just pick one and do it now.

Congratulate yourself and make it a habit.

This is where success - and peace with self - happens.

What to do on those days that just seem to roll along out of control - with nothing of value accomplished. You can turn them around quite easily.

Quick morning ponderings and wonderments to help make your world a little better - or at least a little easier...

Just like almost everything, the choice of what you allow into your life as amusement or entertainment can be a Distraction - something that takes you away from the things that you want most - or an Inspiration - something that inspires you to do something in your life that you want most.

It comes down to choice and balance - catch yourself today - do your influences and activities Inspire or Distract you?
