  • Sex on the Road

We've all heard about the sexual adventures of straight men of rock for decades. They are generally rewarded for their prowess and applauded for their sexuality. So, what about the women of rock? In this sex-positive episode, LG and her anonymous female guest dive deep into the topic. They discuss their favorite sex stories, the loneliness of being single while traveling across the country for a living, the best places to get some "tush" - as LG puts it - with advice about safety, consent, communication, and some do's and don't's of tour sex. This episode keeps it light (with plenty of silly sound effects for levity) and has a lot of laughs. Huge thank you to our sponsor EarthQuaker Devices! • Tracy Wormworth - Part 2

Part two of the Tracy Wormworth episode is here! Tracy has an amazing career as a bassist, playing/recording with iconic bands and musicians like The B-52's, The Waitresses, Sting, Des'Ree, Cyndi Lauper, and more. She also spent six years in the house band for The Rosie O'Donnell Show, though Tracy is still incredibly humble about her place in music history despite being such a present figure in a plethora of A-list projects. (Tracy doesn't do many interviews so this is a big deal!) Huge thank you to our sponsor EarthQuaker Devices (www.earthquakerdevices.com). • Tracy Wormworth - Part 1

Bassist Tracy Wormworth of The Waitresses and The B-52's has a music journey that is a story of being at the right place at the right time, and having the talent and drive to meet each new adventure (though she says she was mostly fueled by the fearlessness of youth and general foolhardiness). Tracy picked up the bass at age 18, and started out playing fusion/electric jazz in NYC at places like CBGB and The Knitting Factory in the late 70s/early 80s. Then one day, when she was walking down the street with her bass she was asked to audition for The Waitresses and that's when she says Punk and New Wave found her. • Guitar Shredders

In the last episode of 2020, LG gives us a rundown of her top lady shredders of all time! Some of them you may have heard of, some you may have not, but many of them had a pivotal role in shaping rock as we know it. Also featured in this episode is friend and collaborator Craig Brown who attempts to pass LG's guitar shredder quiz - can Craig tell if it's a man or a woman is shredding? Can you? Can anyone? Hm...maybe that's the point! Huge thanks to EarthQuaker Devices for sponsoring this podcast. www.earthquakerdevices.com
