Take a Journey with QUEEN. Today we are traveling to GUATEMALA, HONDURAS & MEXICO, where the stars aligned to Re-activate my Ear Chakra. Called by my ancestors in two different cycles, first in 2015, then again in 2019, this Return to the Sacred Lands of the Maya was fated, and there was no escaping the trauma remembered when my ears became infected in the Jungle of Guatemala. I had to sit with deep inner-ear pain. I had to feel the amplification of it because of the insane humidity in my chosen location on the Río Dulce. In this isolation from the busy world, I could face a truth I had always known: that my ears were one of my Superpowers, and that it was Divine Timing for this gift to be turned on again. And so I surrendered into the Healing Journey that went across 3 countries, and called on my inner Jaguar to give me the strength to transcend this.

In this episode, Queen of the Stars is taking you to the Hermit Cave, where The Mystic thrives. The Hermit/Mystic is the one who distances himself from the masses in order to retreat to the Silence, & revel in the Sanctuary. It is likely a series of introspective questions that sets him off:

“WHO AM I??”

“WHAT IS MY PURPOSE?”

“WHY AM I HERE?”

“WHY AM I ON EARTH?”

I believe all good Hermits arrive at the point of no return, where the Retreat to the Cave or the Mountain, the Desert or the Cabin in the Woods, to search for the answers becomes paramount. Sometimes it takes a lifetime to receive their answers, and they are lost to the rest of the world. In other cases, the hermit re-emerges and serves as a Beacon, carrying the Lantern, shining their light, which in actuality is the outer manifestation of their inner Light Quotient, and of Wisdom Remembered.

Solitude is very underrated in our Modern World, so I’ll leave you with a quote from Mystical Poet Kahlil Gibran: “Solitude is a silent storm that breaks down all our dead branches. Yet it sends our living roots deeper into the living heart of the living earth.”
