Recently I published a book/journal called "The Natural Haircare Scriptures" (Return to Your Roots) where I talk about my personal journey since returning natural.  In 2011, I stopped putting relaxers in my hair and returned natural. It was one of the most difficult, but most important decision I ever made in my life.
