20th of October, 2020 would go down in history as the day that the blood of the Nigerian citizens was spilled on the Nigerian flag as they sang the national anthem to peacefully protest about against Police brutality and bad governance. It was such a sad scene to see on social media as live ammunition was fired at innocent citizens for no just cause. As Nigerians, we feel the sadness, the pain, the emotions and everything else but even in this dark times while we mourn our brothers and sisters, our spirits remain UNBROKEN!!!. So on this episode, I just say it how I feel and put it out there in the universe as a forever reminder that such a dark day existed. Do listen in..

Let Go and Let God..

On this episode of random musings, I talk to the old generation on how we can bridge the gap and the communication disconnect that exists between them and the younger generation. It is a combination of thoughts that have been on my mind for a while. A season of protests is now in motion in Nigeria and it is important for you to be well informed and well prepared before you show up for the next protest and so on this episode i share some very essential things you will need and advice on how to stay safe. Set your priorities right

Over and over again, different names appear in the news and on social media as people are either severely injured or even shot dead by the men of the Special Armed Robbery squad unit of the Nigeria police for very flimsy excuses from wearing of coloured hair and dreads to having a laptop and sometimes an accidental discharge. The past few days have seen the youth of Nigeria continue to protest agaisnt the unit, calling for a complete end to it and that fight doeant seem to be ending anytime soon. For this episode, I add my voice to the fight as I know that together we can WIN. LET THE MESSAGE SINK IN AND USE YOUR VOICE AS WELL AS YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS NEXT!. #EndSarsNow #EndPoliceBrutality

I woke up this morning feeling quite sad, worried and thinking about my days on radio and how happy I felt being on air.
