BACKKK AGAINNN, yes, ANOTHER reflection time for all the royal citizens of our kingdom. After this week we will be taking a break from reflections for a few weeks so enjoy we hope you enjoy this one. After our one week off we have come back to discuss the ways in which the Queens relieve stress, as our jobs as Queens can be extremely stressful. We also discuss the ways in which all of you deal with stress and suggest royal tips on ways that may also be helpful to you when attempting to deal with stress.

The royal trumpets were rather irking us this morning so we made the dramatic decision to fire our royal trumpet players! All 20 of them! Banished to the dungeon of the castle because they irked us with the blasting noise! What's that? What's an irk? Well, we're glad you asked!
