Freedom comes from the breath of God, the Holy Spirit. If we are lacking freedom, then we are short of breath. Shortness of Breath limits us spiritually just like physically being short of breath impacts on activities of daily living.

Ask yourself what you want people to do for you; then grab the initiative and do it for them!

God's word is seed that can only be fruitful if our hearts are in a condition to receive it.

God blessed Adam and Eve and said to them be fruitful and increase in number.
