Queensland Police Union calls on Jim Chalmers to reduce foreign aid and invest in policing
Today, the Queensland Police Union launched a campaign targeting Federal MPs to redirect funding from foreign aid to retaining and hiring Queensland police officers.
Queensland Police Union President, Shane Prior, told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, “Jim [Chalmers], instead of signing off on millions of dollars in foreign aid that has never been seen, invest that money in police.”
