What is something that has absolutely pushed you to your limits, but you kept going because you wanted it so bad?

In this episode, I unpack that question a bit. I share my thoughts about why it's important to push yourself to your limits. Because even though we may feel like we can't do it, The Universe never gives us more than we can handle.

In honor of the Astrological New Year, I'm asking the question: What's your one-year goal?

If you only had one year to accomplish something, what would it be?

Spring is the time when everything is new again. So use this energy to reset your New Year's Resolution, or whatever word you resonate with and set your sights on a brand new adventure for this astrological year.

Here are some journal prompts that you can use to help you start to shift your mindset:

→ What’s my Year One goal?

→ Why do I want this?

→ What can I do to start this journey?

When you start to confront the difficult thing when it's still small, it's easy. If you break the difficult thing into smaller pieces, it's easy.

Shifting how you see the hard thing allows you to start to shift your reality. It's all in how you define difficult.

→ Which brother am I? The youngest that’s so focused on the immediate crisis, the middle brother that can help heal when the problem is still small, or the oldest who has done everything to prevent any fires at all.

→ What are some fires that I thought I put out, but the embers are still burning?

→ What are some things that I can do that will let me put out those fires for good?

→ What are some things that I can replace the empty spaces with?

Whether that's in your personal or professional life, being able to go with the flow and pivot to the path of least resistance is a skill that take times to build. But once you are able to build it, you give yourself the opportunity to use it to your advantage.
