For more than 14 years, Billy has been the reassuring queer and militant voice of Cal's Gender Equity Center, challenging and loving hundreds of fresh-faced queer and POC students into creative, conscious activism. Billy has been selected as a Community Grand Marshal at San Francisco Pride 2018!
