1 oz sardine-oil-washed gin
1 oz dry vermouth
Garnish with olives of your choice (or a sardine!)

Or

Quarren-tini: Sweet Edition (Alterna-tini)
2 oz vodka
1 oz Lee Spirits Strawberry Ginger gin (local)
½ oz dry vermouth
Garnish with a Swedish Fish

Or

Nepenthe
1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz coffee liqueur (homemade!)
1 oz Lee’s Vanilla Liqueur
2 oz soda water

A Bar Far Away Recipe
2 oz gin
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz sage simple syrup*

12-15 blueberries

Muddle blueberries at bottom of shaker tin.
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice. 
Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. 
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with fresh sage leaves and additional blueberries.

“To make the sage simple syrup, you just bring one cup of sugar, one cup of water, and a dozen sage leaves to a boil in a saucepan for one minute. Then remove from heat and let steep for a half hour. Remove leaves—squeeze 'em out—and store the syrup in a sealable container. It will last in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.” -Kevin Hearne
