Questioning our Perspective: In this episode we delve into Neurodiversity in the Workplace and understanding it with Team Building.
Have you failed at something only to have it set you back completely?
How can you change your perspective from the limiting belief of failure to one of growth and confidence?
1. Does it matter that you failed?
2. Imagine it wasn't you but your best friend, what would you tell them?
3. What can you do differently next time? Make a plan.
4. Imagine it happening and this time follow your plan and imagine the outcome you want.

What are your fears? Where do they stem from? What would your life be like if you didn't have them?
