S2E1  Livin' In The Overflow

Are you living in the overflow? I’m not talking about an overflow of fear or panic. No, not even an overflow of stockpiled toilet paper. Are you living in the overflow of what GOD has for you?

I WONT EAT AT WAFFLE HOUSE EVER AGAIN after finding this in my grit bowl... almost made me come out of my character...

Never allow certain situations or certain people to cause you to act out of character. You'll think back on it and laugh and see that GOD was only testing your character!

S1E38- WHY GOD? I have some questions...

Is it okay to question God? Yes. We can and we should. It’s through these questions that our faith will grow and we will come to a deeper understanding of who God is.

I would also encourage you to share with those around you times that you’ve questioned God. There’s still a stigma around questioning God that leaves many feeling like they are alone, something is wrong with them, and their faith is weak.

You don’t need to hide your doubts or questions or be ashamed. God isn’t ashamed of you in these seasons, and he can use them to do incredible things. In our questions God will give us what we need.

Are you in a season of waiting? Longing for God to move you to the next step in your journey? Ready for God to deliver on his promises in your life?  Waiting on God’s timing is hard. His timeline is almost never aligned with the one we desire. Yet, his timing is always perfect – even though it can be hard to wait for.  If you’re in a season of waiting, take hope through these five ways to find patience while waiting on God’s timing.

While not all of your choices have negatively impacted your life, you sometimes wonder why a single ill-advised choice should hold so much power. Some choices affect more of your life than others. Put simply, the choice is what you decide to do (or not do). The consequence is the result of that choice.  Whether good or bad... all choices come with consequences.

Are You Listening?

One of the greatest benefits of our salvation has to be that of hearing God speak to us personally. As easy as it is for us to speak to Him, it is often times hard hearing His voice. There often times is a lot of "NOISE" in our ears.... BUT WHAT ARE YOU LISTENING TO?

If you feel yourself fighting for control or feel overwhelmed by fear and anxiety, it’s a sign you need to let go. Repent and turn away from doing things your way and lean on God.

Romans 2:4 says God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance. So trust that you will receive relief and rest when you surrender. His goodness will motivate you to let go.  PUT YOUR LIFE IN HIS HANDS

Don't give up on yourself when life gets hard. You are stronger than you think.

When life gets overwhelming, giving up feels like the easy thing to do. However, nobody is going to benefit from your gifts if you decide to throw in the towel.

This is not the end. Rather, it's the beginning of something magnificent. If at first you don't succeed, keep trying until you do.
