Clear Your Mind
In this video I am going to show you a simple technique that I often use at the beginning of my yoga practice that relaxes my neck and shoulder muscles but has a welcome side effect, it clears my mind. Every time I use this technique at the beginning of my yoga practice I notice that it clears my mind quickly and easily, that my mind feels more clear and that it helps to calm and quiet my mind. No more brain fog. It is simple and easy. It feels super good and it takes almost no time at all. It is so easy that you can do it in bed at night when you need to clear your mind to sleep at night as well. I often use it when I am trying to clear my mind to focus on mental tasks such as studying too. May this video be of benefit.
The simple technique that I am going to show you to clear your mind is part of a beginner yoga class for ventral vagus activation. I actually included this exercises to increase blood flow to your brainstem where 5 cranial nerves for social engagement originate and to have a positive effect on ventral branch of vagus nerve.
