This episode is a brief chat I had with Payson Mc Elveen a couple of days after he won the Mountain Bike Marathon Nationals. I wanted this convesation to be real and unpolished so I have done minimal editting. Payson and I have been partnering together for some time now and the main purpose of this interview was to give you a look under the hood of how a solid mindset can benefit performance.
