This is a short, eight minute, hypnotic induction that you can use when you lay down for a short nap or go to bed at night and you don't want to take the time to listen to some of the other longer meditations. It uses a staircase theme where you imagine yourself being safely guided down a staircase where each step you take gets you more relaxed than the previous one. Headphones, although not necessary, will give you the best listening experience. Do not, under any circumstances, listen to any of these meditations while driving or operating machinery or equipment of any kind. Find a quiet place that is free from distractions.
