GIRL!!  It is time to stop dieting if....

 

1.)  You have low energy.  You are fatigued and always exhausted.  You have poor workout performance.  Your body isn't recovering from your workouts very quickly.

2.)  Frequently sick and just can't seem to catch a break with getting colds, flue, allergies, infections, etc...

3.)  You struggle often with brain fog, anxiety, lack of focus, depression, you are often irritable.  You struggle falling asleep & staying asleep.

4.) Poor Skin Quality.  Brittle hair, losing hair and see it thinning.  Dark spots on skin, dry skin.

5.) Low sex drive, irregular menstrual cycle.

6.) Digestive issues

7.) Injury Prone
