Is it appropriate for you to be dieting? Is your Metabolism ready for Calorie Deficit phase?!


Make sure you are checking the boxes before you just randomly decide to diet without any thought process.  There is no reason to cut calories if you cannot be consistent for the 8-16 weeks period of time.  It leads to a lot of frustration and wasted time otherwise.
