Hello and welcome back to the podcast! It's been a little bit since I've uploaded an episode but alas we're back! I've been wanting to bring guided meditations to the podcast for a while and figured that this would be the perfect time to do so! I tried to make it around 10 mins but it ended up being slighttlyy longer than that.. 

I guide you through a quick relaxing body scan meditation that I promise you'll love! The intention for the meditation was to get you more connected with your body as well as become aware of your thoughts. We always have a million thoughts running through our heads and the first step to change them is becoming aware of them through the simple act of stillness.
