One of the most crucial aspects of change is the fear it brings. Although, the answer seems to be straightforward–courage. Yet, it’s much more complicated than that; we need to know how we can harness our courage and take the leap! Sometimes we find ourselves knowing what we want to change; whether it’s regarding our career path or relationships–whatever change it is, you need perspective. One of the best ways to gain perspective is connecting with someone outside of our social circle or someone who has taken a similar change as you’re about to take. This is because people we are constantly around people who have a set perspective on how life should be like - and the change you might want to take is one that breaks those expectations. Remember, perspective empowers you to make that change!
