We all have those nagging little voices in our heads that tell us what we can’t do, what we shouldn’t do. Those are our little gremlins. And they often keep us from doing exactly what we want in life. In this episode, and the next, we’re going to talk about those little gremlins and what we can do to quiet their noise.
