This week the boys welcome Daf Jones on for a chat about his running journey.

A slow burner that has started to light up his races as he rolls into his twenties. Daf takes us through the start of his running journey, with a shirt stop in New York that wasn't for him and landing back in Wales with a desire to prove himself in the running scene.

Daf speak so well for someone shy of his 21st birthday and we are sure he's bang on track to make some noise in the running world!
