Kristian's 4x200 relay team moves up in the school record book and we look into verses that help us to put on the armor of God.

We take up moment to catch up with Kristian and his track season and then we start into Romans 13:1-7 and Authority. Because of technical difficulties again, Kevin finishes out the discussion with truth and how we can easily find ourselves lost in the world and not seeking truth and guidance.

We wrap up the heart discussion and talk about the importance of truth of studying to show thy self approved. We have some technical difficulties but persevere and get it done with a late night recording session.

We meet Kristian's Mom and Kevin's wife, Karyn. That gets topped off with another aspect of heart, which is servanthood.

We look into the importance of the heart. Kristian shares about his PR in running the 100m and wow, what an awesome experience viewing the eclipse.

We wrap up our Romans 9 discussion by closing out the reading of Romans 11. This leads us into a general discussion on end times, athletes that represent Christ and into a general discussion of our values.
