She says she has lost quite a bit of weight on the lchf diet and she is just feeling fantastic physically, mentally and emotionally. She is really trying to stop smoking and is using nicotine lozenges. What is the deal with those? Is that the way to quit smoking, or should she just go cold turkey and have an extra helping of will power - that is what she is asking here. What is the best way to go on that?
