Giving that we struggle with coping or understanding or coming into terms with certain things I want us to come into that idea of acceptance what it means to have it and understanding that it is not the enemy

Definition and Defining the importance of growth and what it means to do for yourself and not for others create your own energy and flow and plant the seed that inspires others to do so as well.

Giving you more into being spiritually connected what are ways we can be connected with ourselves and why we lose ourselves in the first place.
