I'm charging my electronics when this guy that I've never talked to before walks up. I already know what's going on here. He's been trying to get my attention for the last couple of weeks when he appeared in the neighborhood for the first time. I'm busy on my phone so I just let him stand there for a few minutes staring at me silently. After it's finally gotten super awkward and weird. I ask him what he wants. He asks me to unplug one of my devices so he can charge. I tell him no and that I should be about an hour. He then moves forward and makes like he's going to pull out my plug, but instead freezes and holds this position where he's bent over and reaching for one of my plugs and holding his hand near it. After another long period of time that I let just drag on uncomfortably, I ask him if he's confused. He immeadiately takes offense and begins accusing me of calling him "stupid". I begin recording...
