    The name of the game is not hustle, but just keeping busy and keeping active. Remember there is a lot to life and having different moments of doing different things it’s actually quite enjoyable. Focus on just keeping busy rather than grinding it out.

  • Don’t get caught up in the details before you start.
    I encourage you to think about what you’re going to do, but then execute as quick as possible. There’s nothing that is going to kill a project quicker than people thinking about all of the potential problems that you can experience before you even start. You simply have to jump into it blindly and disregard all of the problems that you might experience. Build a dang thing and then figure out how to mitigate the problems that you actually are experiencing.

    You will get ghosted in management, and just assume it’s actually gonna happen. there are many reasons why people might disappear from the project, and it’s likely for reasons would never expect. You can’t plan for it, but just assume it’s gonna happen.
