A book that could also help you in your life wherever you are at in your stage in life. The book is called No More Mr Nice Guy by Dr. Robert Glover, it is guide to help men, boyfriends, husbands, direct themselves back on the life that they want instead of the cycle of life that they are just living. We all get in a cycle in life and sometimes it just becomes overwhelming, plus mental health and traumas add to it. Well this book breaks down those processes to an understandable level, and we could be just acting out of childhood needs that we don’t even realize. Even though this book is meant for men.
