In this debut episode I interview Dr. Rabbi Meir Sendor about meditation, consciousness, and Mysticism. Rav Meir is a Kabbalist, which is an order of Jewish Mystics. He is an education director of Livnot U’Lehibanot in Tfzat, Israel and an instructor for Tal Orot, the society for Jewish contemplative practices. He received his ordination at Yeshiva University. In addition he has a Masters from Yale and a doctorate in Medieval Jewish History from Harvard.
