Chapter 149 in Psalms, Sing to Hashem a new song, 

Contrasting these two Psukim
Let them praise the name of Hashem , for it was He who commanded that they be created.
Let them praise the name of Hashem, for His name, His alone, is sublime; His splendor covers heaven and earth.

The Psalm switches from Heavely to Earthly Praise. Exploring the differences 

הַ֥לְלוּ־יָ֨הּ ׀ הַֽלְל֣וּ אֶת־ה מִן־הַשָּׁמַ֑יִם הַֽ֝לְל֗וּהוּ בַּמְּרוֹמִֽים

׃ Hallelujah. Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise Him on high. 

מַגִּ֣יד דְּבָרָ֣ו לְיַעֲקֹ֑ב חֻקָּ֥יו וּ֝מִשְׁפָּטָ֗יו לְיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

 He issued His commands to Jacob, His statutes and rules to Israel.

 לֹ֘א עָ֤שָׂה כֵ֨ן ׀ לְכׇל־גּ֗וֹי וּמִשְׁפָּטִ֥ים בַּל־יְדָע֗וּם הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃ 

 He did not do so for any other nation; of such rules they know nothing. Hallelujah!
Why do the Jews Get Chukim and Mishpatim, while our counterparts were only informed of the Chukim

יִשְׁלַ֣ח דְּבָר֣וֹ וְיַמְסֵ֑ם יַשֵּׁ֥ב ר֝וּח֗וֹ יִזְּלוּ־מָֽיִם׃ He issues a command—it melts them; He breathes—the waters flow.
