The Holy Spirit took over this service. We touched on (8) Divine Healing, (9) The Practices and Ordinances of the Church, and (10) The Mission of the Church from our Statement of Faith.

Each has experienced the need for forgiveness and we have experienced the need to forgive. We will study what the Bible says about forgiveness.

We have access to a new and living way through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. In response to what Christ has done for us, let us (1) draw near to God, (2) hold fast to our faith, and (3) fellowship and encourage one another. We pray you are blessed by this service.

In Part 2 of What We Believe, we will study (4) Sin, (5) Salvation, (6) Sanctification, and (7) The Baptism in the Holy Ghost.

We are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth. There will be no more sin, sickness, sorrow or any such thing in this place we call heaven.  We hope this message is a blessing and encouragement to you.

The story of Rahab in the Old Testament is a reminder to us that God will save those who call on the name of the Lord. Rahab believed in the God of the Israelites and God rewarded her faithfulness with salvation. The same is true today. God will save those who call on His name!

At NTC, we have a Statement of Faith posted in our foyer with 16 statements of "What We Believe." We are going to be studying the Statement of Faith over the next couple weeks.  Tonight, we discuss (1) The Bible is the Word of God, (2) There is Only One True God, and (3) Jesus Christ is God.

Whatever the problem, Jesus is the solution. He is the answer to the world's problems and the church's problems. We hope this service is a blessing and encouragement to you.
