Mason Filippi is a young driver who’s racing the DXDT Corvette Z06 GT3.R in the GTD category in the IMSA WeatherTech Series. He’s teamed up with former IndyCar driver Robert Wickens for all the races that require driver changes. We caught up with Filippi at the 2026 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach where he was preparing to do a track walk in advance of his first time on the track. In this interview, he talks about the importance of a track walk, his racing background and the challenge of not only learning a new track, but going from the two longest endurance races at Daytona and Sebring into the sprint at Long Beach. Paul T. Glessner is an aerospace engineer by the way of Penn State University. However, he’s been a racing fan since he was just a boy. In this interview, we learn how as a boy he developed a friendship with Mark Donahue and Roger Penske and how that relationship morphed as he grew into a young man. Glessner is a very personable guy with a tremendous amount of knowledge and interesting behind-the-scenes stories that need to be told. In Part One, we’ll get to the point of his Indy car rear wing design that finished second and third at the Indianapolis 500. Enjoy!

Sophie Slowik is a trackside support technician for HRC (Honda Racing Corporation). She’s enjoyed being around cars and racing since her early youth working alongside her grandfather on his race car and getting her start driving in karts. She’s since graduated to faster race cars on the track, yet also really enjoys the engineering and data analysis roles throughout motorsports. We met up with her at the 2026 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach press day where she filled us in on her story. With her passion for racing and working together with the team at HRC, the sky’s the limit for Sophie Slowik! Enjoy!

Sabre Cook races in the Porsche Carrera Cup North America and has deep roots in open wheel racing including starting off in karts. We caught up with her at the 2026 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach where she tells us about the various race cars and series she’s driven in and also about her engineering background. She’s totally focused on her craft yet also is quick to credit those who’ve helped her along the way. She’s experienced worldwide motorsport from both an engineering side as well as being a driver. Hundy Liu is the head of Brand Marketing at American Honda Motor Co., Inc., (AHM), leading brand marketing and advertising strategy for both the Honda and Acura automobile brands. We caught up with her just a short time after her speech during the 2026 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach press day luncheon. In this interview, we get to understand what that role entails and how she got there. We also dive into her experiences on the motorsports side. Christy Moynihan is the hospitality manager for the Myers Riley Motorsports IMSA Ford Mustang GTD team. It was almost a fluke how she got started in racing and has now made that a career that she loves. We met up with Christy in the IMSA paddock at the 2026 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach where she tells us how she got started and what her roles and responsibilities are today. Cindy Sisson is the executive director and a founding board member of Women in Motorsports North America, or WIMNA, for short. She has seen tremendous growth in the organization over the years. WIMNA seems to be going from strength to strength and in this interview you’ll see how she has promoted and worked tirelessly to put together such an important organization in the motorsports world. Kyle Kirkwood dominated the junior formula racing ladder on his way to the NTT INDYCAR SERIES and has enjoyed multiple wins with the Andretti Global team. Kirkwood just recently dominated and won the biggest race outside the Indy 500 (and some might say bigger), the one and only Freedom 250 on the streets of Washington DC! He’s developed a reputation for his street race, street cred, as he also won the inaugural Arlingtion Grand Prix in Texas earlier this year. He’s won on the streets of Nashville and Detroit as well as winning the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach twice. We caught up with Kirkwood just prior to the 2026 AGPLB in the media bullpen where he answers some of our questions as well as some from the rest of the media scrum. A wide ranging interview. Enjoy!

Louis Foster is in his second year with the Rahal Letterman Lannigan IndyCar Series team and earned pole position at the new street race in Markham, Ontario Canada in August 2026. That was his second career pole after last year’s first starting spot at Road America as a rookie. We met up with Foster during a media session at this year’s Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach. The former Indy Lights champion has had an up and down year, however you can tell from this interview that he’s an incredibly motivated driver who wants to succeed in this series. He talks a bit about how he got here and how that’s prepared him for. Enjoy!
